He oversees the chapter budget, all collection of dues and social assessments, and all chapter expenses. The GT advises the GM in all areas of chapter finances and plays a key role in deciding the financial priorities of the chapter and prepares the chapter budget for chapter approval. The GT oversees the positions of Assistant Grand Treasurer, Intramural Chairman, and Social Chairman. The GT serves on all chapter committees involving the use of chapter funds. |

He is responsible for all paperwork of the chapter, recording pledges and initiates, minutes of the chapter, and all chapter correspondence. The GS also supervises the production of newsletters, annual reports, and the chapter website. The GS oversees the position of Assistant Grand Scribe. |

He is responsible for all the ritual and secret work of the order. In addition he is responsible for ritual education, ritual certification, ritual equipment upkeep, and preparing the pledges for initiation. The GMC also oversees the educational programs used for brotherhood development. |

The Academic Chair oversees all chapter house technology to see that it helps members maintain the highest GPA possible. The Academic Director also oversees the applications of all awards on behalf of the chapter. The position also maintains a current list of campus tutors as a resource for members. |

He works closely with the maintenance staff to provide the members with exceptional living arrangements. He maintains all house keys, parking passes, and housing contracts.
